THE CHALLENGE
As Agency of Record for Oticon, one of the world's leading hearing aid manufacturers, we navigated a uniquely complex marketing landscape that demanded expertise across three distinct audience ecosystems simultaneously. Our integrated strategy addressed B2B communications targeting audiologists, ENT specialists, and healthcare procurement networks; B2C campaigns speaking directly to hearing aid wearers and their families; and a nuanced B2B2C approach supporting hearing care businesses — independent practitioners and retail chains — with the tools, messaging, and co-branded materials they needed to drive patient engagement and sales at the point of care.
